Fuel Policy
All cars come with a full tank. Client must return it full. Fuel deposit: €150. If returned with less, fuel cost + refueling service fee applies: €36.90 for combustion cars / €61.50 for electric cars.
Travel Outside Portugal
- •Spain: Requires special insurance
- •Prohibited Countries: Greece, Morocco, war zones
- •Travel outside Western Europe must be requested in advance
Cancellation Policy
- •FREE Cancellation - If cancelled 7 days before arrival
- •No refunds for early returns
- •Changes subject to current rates
Important Legal Information
Accident Policy:
- •ALWAYS obtain a police report and photograph all damage
- •Notify Guerin within 24 hours
- •Accident management fee: €61.50
- •Insurance voided if driver under influence of alcohol, drugs or narcotics
Credit Card Policy:
- •Original documents only - copies not accepted
- •Sufficient credit limit required to cover excess
- •Luxury cars (Groups Z, K, L, G, H): 2 credit cards + proof of round-trip flight
- •Minimum €500 credit limit even with Super CDW
Other Information:
- •Maximum rental: 28 days
- •Minimum 1 year driving license
- •Quotes valid for 24 hours only
- •Early returns are not credited
